It's ok
This watch is absolutely stunning and has exceeded all of my expectations. this watch is the real deal. the only issue, which is minor the seconds hand is not quite lined up to the notches but its so slight that its not easy to see unless you are really looking closely
The packaging was poorly done. But the watch looks undamaged. Just got it today. I need to yake a few links off. But I look forward to keeping it for a long time. 💛🤿⏳️

Crystal was off on two watches I bought. OCEANEVA immediately sent me a return label and replaced both which were perfect. My current favorite is a titanium OCEANEVA… and their customer service was awesome! Thank you
I bought two, one for myself and one to give to someone . I loved the look of the watches, but both came with a crooked crystal. Both watches had the crystal sticking up at the 8 o’clock position. OCEANEVA was super quick to get a return label for an exchange on both.
Looks great and keeps good time. Had to watch a utube video to set GMT hand. Not crazy about how that part sets or works but can live with it.
Well made and attractive. Only quibble is the clasp which for some reason doesn't close flush to the bracelet, my concern is it catching on something and damaging it or the item it stuck to. Asked and was told this was normal (this is without asking me for a picture.)
My order arrived in a timely manner and in perfect operating condition. The watch has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is exceptional and has a very solid feel on the wrist. The case and band is nicely finished in a brushed look and the bracelet does not bind or pinch. It's nice to see that the clasps are micro adjustable, often overlooked in this price level. The color way is striking and commands attention. The matte silver dial and yellow GMT pointer, offsets the finish in a striking way. It's in my opinion, at this price point, you would be hard press to do better. If you are looking for a diver/GMT, with insane specs, one that will be ready for any adventure, is quarts accurate, then don't hesitate to try out this U.S. company.
Oceaneva watches are an unbelievable value for the price. I bought this for my brother for Christmas and he loves it. The company has some really smart people running it, they are providing top rated watches at affordable price points.
