Return and Refund Policy:
USA and all Other Locations Globally (excluding EU): Oceaneva Watches has a 30-day return policy/Money Back Guarantee beginning the day your watch is delivered. We do provide a return label via email for all USA buyers.
If you choose to return your watch, please notify us on our "CONTACT US" page or email info@Oceaneva.com with your order # in the email to be provided a return label.
Buyers in other countries must ship by following our instructions sent after contacting us by email for a return and we will reimburse shipping charges.
All returns must be unsized and unworn with all the original packaging included. Item must be returned to receive a refund in full.
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt and credit goes back to the payment method which you originally used for the purchase. It can take 4-5 days for the refund to post back to your card or method of payment.

Our policy is 100% refund including any shipping costs unless item has been sized/worn in which case a 10-20% restocking fee may apply depending on condition and is on a case by case basis. We are fair and reasonable with this policy. No restocking fee applies if item is returned in new condition as originally shipped. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt of product back in our possession (excluding holidays and weekends).

We go by EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period. You may also cancel or withdraw at any point before delivery.
Once you fill out the withdraw form you will get a confirmation email right away (be sure to check your spam box). A rep from Oceaneva will reach out by mail within 48 hours with information on your refund/return.

EU Refund Policy
Once the item is received back in our possession a refund will be issued as required by law within 14 days. Our policy is 100% refund including any shipping costs unless item has been sized/worn in which case a diminished value fee in accordance with EU law will be deducted from the refund. A 10-20% diminished value fee may apply depending on condition and is on a case-by-case basis. We are fair and reasonable with this policy. No restocking fee applies if item is returned in new condition as originally shipped.
