This highly capable watch is stunning in person with its white-on-white face and titanium finish ... super classy. It arrived, and off to the beach we went. I live minutes from the Gulf of America on the west coast of Florida with access to many world class beaches. Titanium, GTM, 1250M depth rating at a price that doesn't make it so precious you worry about wearing it.

I really like my Titanium GMT! The only thing keeping my rating from being 5 stars is the edges of the links on the bracelet are really sharp. Maybe I just got a bum example, not sure? I do understand this is a sub $400 watch but I’ve worn many watches in this price range that have amazingly smooth bracelets and this one isn’t!

This is my review of the Oceaneva™ Men's GMT TITANIUM Automatic Deep Marine Explorer 1250M White & Black Ceramic Bezel Watch. I have actively wearing this watch for over 2 weeks before doing a review. This is the 4th timepiece I have acquired, and I will probably collect more. This watch is a solid tool watch, and I actually ordered the same watch in the Black Face with the Green/Black Bezel colorway. Now….The titanium watches are remarkably light, and in comparison the stainless steel versions of the automatic GMT’s, it is quite noticeable. The finish and machining is excellent considering the price point, and the case (back) is very well finished. Personally, I like the mechanical GMT’s in both the stainless and titanium better than the quartz version (1 have one). Not sure why, as the quartz is more accurate on a day to day basis, but if you are regularly wearing your automatic and/or take time to wind it on a set schedule, the NH GMT movement is very reliable. The hack for the Time/Date/GMT settings is VERY precise, and Iike that the GMT bezel is bi-directional and indexes to the individual hours. The bezel is tight, with no play, and the crown does not feel gritty, or forces you to find the right spot to screw it down. Nighttime illumination lasts about 5 hours if exposed to either bright sunlight or a UV light, shorter if exposed to led bulbs or ambient light. If there one thing I would ask to make this watch better, it would be to have a bracelet band that had a clasp and micro adjustments that could be made without a tool. While I have not had the bracelet come loose, a fold-over clasp keeps the bracelet from snagging on things, which I have. I realize the latter may be minor, but I tend to look for certain features. I hope this review helps. As indicated, I have four of Oceaneva’s timepieces at present, and have really enjoyed them!

Finally arrived after delays due to oceanEva having problems with the ceramic two-tone bezel. Well, it was well worth the wait!! Looks fantastic on the wrist, and importantly is comfortable to wear due to the light weight titanium used for the case and bracelet. Important as it’s a piece I’ll wear daily Fantastic value, great design so overall really really pleased.

I have an ever growing collection of watches (14 as of this writing) ranging in price from a few hundred to over 4 grand. This watch was around $349. $349 for a titanium GMT diver that goes to 4000 ft. is nuts. If you read the specs of this watch without knowing the name or seeing a photograph of it, you would probably guess that it was a high-end Seiko diver. I was skeptical prior to receiving the watch about the titanium being too light and feeling cheap, but that is not the case with this watch. It's lighter than stainless, but not so light that it feels low quality. It actually has a very nice weight to it and It is extremely comfortable on the wrist. The watch shows up sporting the titanium bracelet (which, btw, does not cut any corners as far as quality), but I chose to switch out to the rubber strap that is included and this is by far the nicest rubber strap I have ever worn. It's very supple and has a velvety feel to it. It's comfortable with a high quality buckle and suits the watch beautifully. Lastly, the overall fit and finish Is outstanding. It is an extremely tasteful design and looks good dressed up or down. If you're on the fence about this watch, let me help you make your decision a little easier... Get off the fence and buy it. You won't regret it.
