Return Policy : Oceaneva Watches has a 30-day return policy beginning the day your watch is delivered. All returns must be unsized and unworn with all the original packaging included.
If you choose to return your watch please notify us on our “CONTACT US” page or email info@Oceaneva.com with your order # in the email to be provided a return label.
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt and credit goes back to the payment method which you originally used for the purchase.
Refund Policy : Our policy is 100% refund including any shipping costs unless item has been sized /worn in which case a 10-20% restocking fee may apply depending on condition and is on a case by case basis. No restocking fee applies if item is return in new condition as originally shipped.
