I ended up buying this one on the 3000m refurbished sale for $449.00. It is absolutely stunning, looks in brand new condition (no scratches, blemishes or anything). This is my 3rd Oceaneva as I have the 6000m Coral, 1250m Damascus, and now the 3000m auto. I highly recommend Oceaneva and I'm sure with their new 4155 Chronograph movement watch tease that I'll be buying another one soon. Thanks again Oceaneva Team for another spectacular watch.
The Swiss movement speeds up about 15 seconds per 24 hours.
The lume is not that great as advertised. The rubber bracelet that came with the watch is blue with polished buckle that does not match a black dial and brushed metal case.
I expected much more from this watch.
Slightly disappointed.

The lume is Swiss BGW9. Take it in the sun to charge it if you really want to get it bright. 15 seconds is within manufacture spec for that automatic movement.
This is just one of many multiple orders I have placed over time for the Oceaneva Deep Marine Explorer III 3000m saturation diver's watch. As always, the Deep Marine Explorer III is in many ways the ultimate commercial diver's watch --- absolute top quality design, construction and fit and finish, tougher than nails, consistent, accurate, reliable, proven Swiss automatic movement, and visually attractive to boot --- and all at a reasonable price point considering what you are getting. Far better than the big-name watches that claim to be equally pressure-resistant but at a cost many times greater due to the marketing hype and illogical snob appeal surrounding them, and I know from hard experience that those don't hold up as well in the harshest and most demanding environment of them all --- the field of commercial diving.

No other brand, including the over-priced famous ones everyone is familiar with, comes close to the ultimate combination of rugged dependability, precision, cost-effectiveness and service support that Oceaneva provides. The 3000m Deep Marine Explorer III is an outstanding icon of the Oceaneva brand's range of available watches and clearly represents the company's practical approach to watchmaking without compromising on quality.
The bezel does not line up with the 12:00 and the bottom of my watch came scratched on both sides whet the strap pins go in . The bracelet is put together very cheap , the only good thing about the watch is the rubber strap it comes with.

They are high quality and we don't normally get complaints. Scratches, We emailed to request pictures as watch is new and covered by plastic until unwrapped to size. The bezel, we assure you that triangle lines up at 12 exactly. The owner checks ever bezel before leaving and if something is off (rare) it does not ship. A slight angel when looking at it can make it appear off to the eye but we are 100% certain the bezel is lined up perfectly.
Although delivery took longer than I would have liked, it was still worth the wait. This is my second Oceaneva watch . Both are astonishing in their robust design and aesthetic, their specification and function. The value engineering and price level is beyond remarkable. I'm not sure I will ever get to 1200 or 3000m depths, but I am a very happy bunny and they form a key part of my utilitarian collection. Viva Oceaneva! Viva!
